Heather A. McDougaldIn-House Legal Counsel – By Monday.Legal Consultant

Heather is an attorney with 15 years experience including civil litigation, corporate work, and commercial transactions. She brings a unique skill set and point-of-view, acting both as in-house legal counsel for By Monday, and offering her experience and expertise for the benefit of our clients. Heather works with clients’ legal counsel to address legal issues raised by cost-reducing and revenue-enhancing strategies.

Originally from Mobile, Alabama, she moved to Utah after graduating law school in 1994 and made it her home. Heather is also the President of the Friends of Utah County Childrens’ Justice Center, a non-profit organization that raises funds to support the eradication of child abuse.

Heather received a BA, magna cum laude, from the University of South Alabama and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Tulane Law School.
