Jim’s background in education and academics, and his professional experience for more than twenty-five years in management, marketing, development, branding, and communications in the non-profit sector, make him a hallmark member of the By Monday staff of experts.Jim’s career began in education as a public school teacher, then university faculty, and then as an Assistant Dean in the College of Fine Arts and Communications at Brigham Young University. Ever the teacher, Jim is the obvious choice to oversee our staff in customizing training for clients.
Jim’s interest in non-profit work ran parallel to his work in academia. His career in the non-profit sector evolved as he took on greater challenges over the years. Facing those challenges successfully has made Jim the “go-to guy” for any non-profit organization seeking to maximize net capital. Jim received his BS from Brigham Young University – Hawaii, and his M.Ed. (Educational Psychology) from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
